Aroma

elegant, intense, territorial. Notes of ripe cherry and blood orange, clean and pure. Spicy tones and distinctly flowery. Shades of underbrush.

Taste

typical, intense and lingering. Enveloping and harmonious tannins, marked acidity that promises a long evolution in the bottle.

Overall impressions

one of the most important vintages of the century, it combines great aging potential with an already appealing drinkability.

Couple with

red meats, seasoned cheeses and game.
