Grape varietal: 100% Nebbiolo

Vinification:

Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 16 days.

Malolactic fermentation done in French oak barrels, of which 20% new and the remaining second passage, followed by 18 months of aging.

Finally, bottle aging for about 8 months

Tasting notes:

Colour: light ruby red

Bouquet: hints of raspberries, tarragon and rosehip

Taste: classic and harmonious on the palate, with notes of cherries and red currant.

Tannins are present and well structured
