Grape varietal: 100% Nebbiolo

Vinification:

Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 13 days.

Malolactic fermentation done in French oak barrels, of which 50% new and the remaining second passage, followed by 18 months of aging.

Finally, bottle aging for about 6 months

Tasting notes:

Colour: ruby red

Bouquet: hints of licorice, spices, cherry and rose petals

Taste: black cherry, plum and cinnamon leading into a powerful and intense finish
