in French oak barrique on fine peels for 15 months then in bottle for other 12 months
to be preferably served at 18°C

first dishes with well done meat sauce, game, medium and long seasoned cheese
Origin of the name:
From the finding of a funerary stele of Roman age of the knightAnaenius Farianus owner of Villa Rustica ( first historical exemple of farm with its own income) in locality Puntone in Bolgheri where are situated some vineyards of this farm.
